If your event is happening soon, within the next three weeks, we recommend calling between the hours of 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, for assistance.
Self-Serve Availability Check & Reservation Request Option
For events three or more weeks away, you have the option of checking availability and requesting a reservation through our Event Management System (EMS) Web App.
EMS allows you to access planning and program details, including:
- Viewing availability
- Requesting space
- Modifying existing reservations
- Accessing approval forms
- Requesting a cost estimate for rooms and services
New users must click the link below to create your UT EID, which will enable you to log in and use the EMS reservation system. When creating an EID, be sure to enter your email address or your account will not work.
