We offer hybrid meeting solutions that seamlessly blend in-person and virtual experiences. See below our hybrid options for any of our rooms whether you're hosting a small team gathering or a large conference.
Integrated Hybrid Rooms
Rooms 1.124 and 3.102 are the first to have integrated hybrid capabilities – with the success it has proven, we are working on transitioning more rooms to have this feature. Integrated hybrid rooms have built in PTZ tracking cameras that capture both the presenter and the audience, so the online attendees can see the speaker and take part in group discussions. A second essential aspect for hybrid meetings is for the online attendees to hear everyone in the room. There are microphones installed in the ceiling throughout the room for a consistent volume. All of our hybrid packages come with the use of TCC’s Zoom license, which your coordinator will schedule and provide the meeting link. Optional Zoom recording and raw files are available upon request.
Standard Hybrid Package
Our other rooms may not have integrated hybrid systems yet, but we can add a stationary camera and a TCC laptop to run a hybrid event. This package also includes the use of TCC’s Zoom license and optional recording files. The sound will be picked up through the wireless microphones.
DTEN
This video conferencing system is a mobile 75” monitor that is perfect for board meetings or similar style groups. Say your leadership team of ten need to meet in person to discuss next years goals, but two of your members are located out of the area. We can set up a space where eight of your group members sit around a table and the DTEN is set at the head of the table. We schedule a Zoom meeting and you share it with the two away members to join. The Zoom meeting is started from the DTEN itself and with its wide-angle 4k smart cameras, your away members can see all eight attendees around the table. It also has a wide array of smart microphones to pick up everyone speaking at a normal volume. On the screen is the normal Zoom interface with your two away members, screen sharing, chat, and whiteboard capabilities. We are very excited to share this user-friendly mobile hybrid system!
